Terms of Use

Last updated: September 13, 2026. These terms govern this website, preview URLs, and public use of Hot Dang Websites, a Bonelli Systems initiative.

They are not a signed service contract, not an invoice, and not legal advice. Paid pager, shop, yard, or custom work is governed by the order, quote, or other writing you actually accept. If that writing conflicts with these public terms, the signed or accepted order controls for that engagement.

1. Acceptance

By using hotdangwebsites.com or a preview URL, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Use of the public site does not by itself create an obligation for Bonelli Systems to provide a website, phone number, or monthly package.

2. Who we are

3. Previews are not live sites

A page at /preview/<name>/ is a demonstration built from public business facts. It is not your live website, not an invoice, and not a transfer of this domain. You own nothing on a preview until you pay and we put your name on a paid page.

Copy on a preview is newly written. We do not clone your existing site’s design or assets wholesale. Phone numbers shown on a shop preview come from the business record we used, not invented by a model. Public facts can be wrong or stale; tell us if they are.

Preview URLs are not listed in our sitemap and are served with noindex. A GET from an email scanner, Safe Links, or a link unfurl is not you and is not consent to market to you.

4. Packages and payment

Sticker prices on the showroom (as of this date):

Hosting is included in the monthly sticker. There is no separate “build fee” on the public menu. Phone, AI minutes, SMS, and email usage may be capped; overage is billed. We provision a tracking number or after-hours desk on purchase, not on a cold preview.

Prices may change for new customers; we will post updates here or on the showroom. Recurring charges continue until canceled under the order you accepted. You are responsible for carrier fees on texts and calls to your customers.

5. Communications

By submitting the form you ask us to contact you about the shop you identified. Marketing texts go out only after an unchecked-by-default checkbox. Email outreach includes a working opt-out. Physical postal address for commercial email is 18383 Preston Road, Dallas, TX 75252.

6. Permitted use

You may use this site to evaluate Hot Dang and to communicate with us. You may not: attack or probe the site without written permission; submit false “this is my shop” claims; scrape beyond normal search indexing; or use a preview to impersonate a business you do not represent.

If a preview uses your public business name and you are not that business, email office@bonellisystems.com and we will take it down.

7. Intellectual property

The Hot Dang brand, templates, showroom, and model-home design are owned by Bonelli Systems or its licensors. A paid page is licensed to you for your business while you pay. Canceling ends hosting unless we agree otherwise in writing. You keep rights in materials you supply (logo, photos you own). You grant us a license to use what you supply to run the page and the package.

8. Third parties

Forms, email, phone, payments, maps, and hosting may run through vendors. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their systems. We are not responsible for third-party outages, carrier filtering, inbox placement, or Google listing decisions we do not control.

9. No professional advice; no guaranteed results

This site does not promise rankings, a volume of jobs, or that every missed call will convert. After-hours answer and missed-call text-back depend on carriers, 10DLC registration, your hours, and how you use the inbox. Website content is not legal, tax, or marketing-compliance advice.

10. Disclaimers

The website and previews are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or that content is complete or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonelli Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from website or preview use. For claims arising only from public website use, total liability is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100). Paid packages may have different limits in the order you accept. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Bonelli Systems for claims arising from your misuse of the site, a false claim that a preview is your shop, or materials you supply that infringe someone else’s rights.

13. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Changes apply going forward. Changes to a paid order apply only as that order says.

14. Governing law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about public website use will be heard in state or federal courts in Texas, unless a paid order says otherwise.
