1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Bonelli Systems (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you visit this website, open a preview URL, submit a form, email or call us, or buy a Hot Dang package. Client-specific handling may also be governed by a signed order, quote, or other written agreement. It is not legal advice and is not a certification of compliance with every privacy law that might apply to you.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Name, business name, email, phone, address, and the message that you are the shop on a preview.
• Marketing email or SMS consent records, opt-outs, and scheduling notes.
• Payment and billing details if you pay us or a processor we use.
• Anything you send by email, phone, or form after you buy (hours, photos you supply, Google listing access, calendar preferences).

Public business facts we use to build a preview

We may collect name, phone, address, hours, services, website URL, and similar facts from public sources (your existing site, maps listings, directories). Preview copy is newly written from those facts. We do not treat public facts as a license to clone your existing design or assets wholesale.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser, device, pages, timestamps, and approximate location derived from the network.
• Visit signals on a preview URL (time on page, scroll, clicks). Email scanners, Safe Links, and link unfurls also GET those URLs. A single page load is not treated as you, and is not consent.

Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from directories, referral partners, CRM or form providers, email/phone providers, analytics or security tools, and public sources in order to build a preview, respond to an inquiry, or run a paid package.

3. How we use information

• To build and host a preview or paid page, and to show you that preview.
• To respond to inquiries, schedule, and provide pager / shop / yard / custom service after you pay.
• To send service notices and, where permitted, commercial email. Cold first-touch email includes an opt-out. We honor opt-outs.
• To send marketing texts only after an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox on the form. We do not send unsolicited SMS, iMessage, or ringless voicemail.
• To detect abuse, spam, fraud, and security issues; to keep business records; to comply with law.

We do not use your confidential customer lists or private files to train public AI models.

4. Cookies, forms, and tools

This site is hosted on our servers. Forms and, after purchase, inbox/phone/email tools are provided by service vendors (CRM, form, email, and phone providers). We do not put tracking pixels in cold outreach email. The unique preview URL is the visit signal. After you accept the cookie bar we record a first-party visit ping on this domain (no ads cookies, no third-party analytics until we say so here). You can control cookies in your browser; some features may not work if essential cookies are blocked.

5. SMS, email, and phone

If you check the marketing box and submit the form, we may text or email you about Hot Dang. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of looking at a preview. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts; HELP for help; or email office@bonellisystems.com. We do not sell phone numbers or SMS consent records.

Transactional texts after you buy a pager or shop package (missed-call text-back, appointment reminders you configured) are service messages for that package, not marketing, unless we say otherwise.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to:

• Service providers: hosting, DNS, email, phone, CRM, forms, payments, security.
• You and your staff, when you buy a package that puts leads in an inbox you control.
• Legal and safety disclosures required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
• A buyer of our business, with appropriate protections.

7. What not to send through a public form

Do not submit protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other sensitive regulated data through the public preview form. If a paid engagement needs that, we will use a separate written agreement and channel.

8. Retention

We keep information as long as reasonably needed to run the site, provide a paid package, keep tax and consent records, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. Preview inventory that never converts may be deleted or archived on a shorter cycle. When we no longer need information, we delete, anonymize, or dispose of it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain marketing or “sale”/“sharing” uses if those laws apply. Texas and other U.S. state residents may have access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights where the statute provides them. California residents may have know/access, delete, correct, and opt-out rights, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

11. Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. International visitors

Bonelli Systems is in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States.

13. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new date. Changes apply going forward unless law requires otherwise.
